Refunds will be issued if requested prior to 30 days of reservation ONLY (Except Holidays).
All refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to offset the cost of credit card processing.
No refunds will be processed if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date. Date can be scheduled out for future stay (except Holidays).
All reservations must be paid up front and in full.
Reservations for HOLIDAYS require a minimum of 2 (two) night stay and must be paid in full at time of phone or in-person reservation. NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS
